Keeping these facts in mind the foundation took yet another step and launched Centre for Hotel Management & Catering Technology in order to full-fill the adequate requirement of professionals in the fields of travel, tourism & Hotel Industry. As CHMCT is located in Modinagar, NH-58 makes it easily accessible from the Industrial Centres in Dehradun, Meerut , Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi .

Apart from Computer lab, Library, Canteen, Gymnasium etc. The institute has Basic Training Kitchen fully equipped with modern catering appliances, Advance Training Kitchen for the management of food & beverage services, Bakery & Confectionary to prepare most exquisite breads, cakes, chocolates, pastries & desserts, Training Restaurant & Bar equipped to cater national and international tastes, Front Office Lab with well decorated lobby, reception area and lounge to facilitate the students for receiving information, billing, guest registration and guest relation, Accommodation Operation/House Keeping Lab to provide specialized training in Linen Management, Laundry, List of Guest Supplies, Use of Chemicals & Abrasives. In addition, emphasis is on communication skills, social skills, oratory skills and handling of different type of situations.
