The Centre is in the forefront of providing both Curative, as-well-as rehabilitative services for the blind or visually impaired individuals. The GMCORC has been doing commendable work towards the prevention of avoidable blindness through its matrix of programs including outreach activities, working closely with the voluteer groups to indentify people with avoidable blindness and get them treated.
