The yoga centre at Dr. K. N. Modi Foundation Institutes follows the basic idea of yoga and provides classes of yoga to the students.
Yoga is one of the oldest forms of exercising and hence the foundation has made sure that all the students who are studying in the institutes are aware of their basic culture of their lives. The yoga keeps the students physically and mentally fit. The yoga classes are taken by well trained yoga trainers and hence help the students learn all the basic asanas and other postures that can keep them stay fit and healthy all the time.
